Having Stress

.S.T.R.E.S.S.


We can't avoid it, be we manage to prevent it.
As a student or worker, having so many thing to-do are out of our capability.

So what we can do is 
 
schedule our time! Once you got something to follow, you'll be more manageable.

Having

 

will avoid you from stress. And you won't missed any of your work!
Isn't it great?

One more thing, you should have at lease have a 5-10 minutes of rest for every 1hour.
It will resume your focus and your energy!
